Marius Kuschka advises companies and shareholders in matters of corporate law: foundations, conversions, mergers, joint ventures. He has a vast experience in the representation of clients who come form outside Germany. He is involved in national and cross-border transactions and knows the special requirements of buying and selling medium-sized companies in Germany for foreign clients. In court, he represents companies and their shareholders in commercial law disputes as well as managing directors and board members in liability proceedings. He is counsel  to a number of companies from abroad on founding and managing their German subsidiaries. In compliance matters, Marius Kuschka designs compliance systems, particularly in the area of antitrust compliance, and implements these systems in the company.

He advises companies on the admissibility of their distribution under antitrust law and provides ongoing antitrust law advice.

Marius Kuschka advises a number of Italian companies in Germany. He leads the Como location in constant cooperation with the law firm Maegna, where we advise German and Italian companies in all questions of German-Italian business law.
